The official Japanese Pokémon website has revealed, earlier this morning; the winner of the 15th anniversary poll where fans were asked to vote for their favorite mascot. The winner turned out to be, none other than, Rayquaza from Pokémon Emerald and is now to be distributed in Pokémon Centers across Japan and also a few game stores from Friday, February 10 2012 until Monday, February 27 2012.
Rayquaza is at level 100, the item it´s holding is Life Orb, it holds a Classic Ribbon and comes within a Cherish Ball. Its moveset is Extremespeed, Hyper Beam, Dragon Pulse and a special move that was previously only available for Victini; V-Create. The OT is 「せんきょ」 Election and Trainer ID is 02102.

A new C-Gear skin will be distributed over Global Link to Japanese versions of Black and White. It will be active from January 13th through May 29th, so be sure to check it out if you have a Japanese version of the game.
The official Japanese Pokemon site announced a live interview with the developers of Nobunaga´s Ambition. The interview will be broadcast over the internet for one hour, starting on January 19th at 1:30 PM (Japanese time).

The official site has updated with the first bits of high quality screenshots and has also revealed a few characters that are expected to be revealed with more information in their next update. These images have been added to our Gameplay pictures page. CoroCoro scans have just been leaked on the internet and we finally have the first new bits of information on the new crossover game, Pokemon + Nobunaga´s Ambition! First and foremost, the release date for this has been confirmed to be March 17th, 2012 and the pricing is set at 5,800Yen. It is also confirmed in the scan that once you defeat the leaders of all 17 castles, you take the throne from all of them. You befriend new Pokemon and trainers by raising up your strength level and that the battles are 6vs6 battles. You also have the abilitiy to battle friends over the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection.
Additionally, a trio of characters have been revealed. These characters all have the fifth gen starters as their Pokemon. The names have not been translated yet. Finally, the games official boxart was revealed yesterday by Amazon.

The official Pokemon website has announced the release date for PokePark 2. The release date has been set to February 27th, 2012. Here is a quote from the official site:
"Step into PokéPark and play as Pikachu, Oshawott, Snivy, and Tepig to rescue the missing Pokémon in PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond for the Wii console! Pikachu will need the help of his Pals and their unique abilities to make it through PokéPark and discover the secrets of a mysterious new world called Wish Park. You´ll meet and befriend many Pokémon from the Unova region and beyond who will help you during your adventure. Experience lots of fun activities, minigames, battles, Attractions, and more on your quest! Clear an Attraction by yourself, and then challenge your family and friends-up to four people can play Multiplayer Attractions together!"
